• We’ll pick you up directly from your hotel in Cusco, Urubamba, or Ollantaytambo at the scheduled time to start your zipline adventure.
• The journey to our jump base at the Racchi Viewpoint takes approximately 45 to 55 minutes, offering scenic views of the Andean countryside along the way.
• Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by wide panoramic views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, surrounded by majestic mountains and traditional farming terraces.
• Before starting the activity, you’ll have the opportunity to take photos from the Racchi Viewpoint — an ideal spot to capture the beauty of the valley.
• At the base, our professional team will welcome you, explain all safety protocols, and help you gear up with certified equipment for the experience.
• Once ready, you’ll take a short guided walk through a natural path to reach the first jump platform.
• One of our instructors will demonstrate the jump first to ensure you understand the process and feel confident.
• After the demonstration, you’ll complete your first zipline, flying over the valley and landing safely with the assistance of our team.
• If your package includes it, you’ll continue with the second zipline, and then move on to the third and fourth lines for a more complete experience.
• Before the third line, you’ll have the option to cross a Tibetan bridge suspended between two cliffs — perfect for those looking to push their limits.
• After completing the zipline circuit, you’ll return to the base, where you can take final photos to remember the adventure.
• Finally, our transport will be waiting to take you back and drop you off at your hotel, concluding your experience with comfort and safety.
